Caledonia Housing Association is run and governed by a voluntary Management Board made up of tenants and people from the across the community who are committed to providing homes and services that make life better. 

Tenant Board Members are always welcome to join our Management Board. 

Our customers are at the heart of our organisation, and it is important to us that they are represented at the highest level on our board. We believe that having tenant board members is vital, as they bring a wealth of experience in how our services are delivered and have a good understanding of what is important for tenants and communities. 

Although the role of board member is unpaid, it is highly rewarding. You will benefit from support, development and a sense of real pride and satisfaction from providing quality homes for people who need them. And while we don’t offer remuneration, we pay out-of-pocket expenses. 

We welcome and encourage applications from tenants of all ages and diversity to help better represent our communities. No prior experience or qualifications are required, just the drive and passion to make positive change in your community.
